Ray's story begins as a high school student attending Strathmore High School. Her appearance is quite unique which typically draws a lot of attention. Ray has long black/white hair with distinct crimson eyes and a taste for rather dark and drear clothing.
What is truly special about her however, is her supernatural abilities. She knows nothing of her origin nor the reason she possesses these powers.
Ill-tempered, sharp-tongued, cold, distant and sarcastic, Ray's life took a tragic turn when she was but a child. With her father imprisoned and her mother dead, she was taken into custody by what seemed to be an Underground Military. Only years after would she be allowed to attempt to live a normal life. However, that would not last long.
Haunted by different personas, fragmented memories and the growing instability of her powers, Ray seeks to make sense of what is happening to her and finds herself in a world that only her twisted memories could unlock.
Though usually blinded by her intense emotions, Ray, when calm, is logical, strategic and quite insightful. Due to her harsh upbringing, she has very little fear of danger or pain and is able to make decisions quickly that would often be seen as reckless.
Abilities:
Her most predominate ability is the power of Darkness, which is an intangible Element that can take solid form if she so wished. While she possesses quite a range of Sorcery abilities from Healing to Elemental Spells, she typically does not use them unless there's a need for them. Ray is also well-versed in hand-to-hand combat, and is known to be quite agile.

As the heir to the Walker name, bearing a legacy of reformers, Vandal Walker works to promote the coexistence between humans and vampires. He works tirelessly both as an influential and charitable business figure and an advocate to peace.
Walker is usually seen with a long, black coat. He dresses professionally and is always wearing a full suit. He has long black hair that goes past his chin and distinct crimson eyes.
Walker is a man of few words but bears a deep understanding and wisdom. He often appears cold, distant and aloof but his actions speak otherwise in that he would not hesitate to put his life on the line to do what is right. Duty-bound, he thinks very little of himself and instead does everything in his power to continue and build what his ancestors had ingrained into him. Walker is also very intelligent and philosophical. Also, Walker was at one point, a doctor until he took up his duties as a CEO of his own company.

Clara was but an average high-school student until tragedy struck her ordinary life when her parents were suddenly murdered before her eyes. Before she too could become a victim, a mysterious man came to her rescue, a man by the name of Vandal Walker. Without anyone to turn to, she accepted his help and began to live in his just-as-mysterious mansion but was careful to keep a wary distance. With the sudden twist of fate, she could not help but suspect the motives of the man who seemed to genuinely care for her well-being. Still, without him, she would not have been able to support herself. Slowly she began to warm up to Walker and to the rest of the household until she could finally be herself again. That is...until dark shadows began to move within the mansion with its secrets slowly coming out into the light.
Clara has long black hair and brown eyes. She is quite fashionable, typically donning knee-length elegant dresses.
Clara is a well-mannered, gentle and cheerful young woman. She shows deep compassion even to those whose motives are found to be questionable, which makes her easily susceptible to others who aim to take advantage of her. Still, despite her kind demeanor, she holds a strong determination and is willing to push herself to the limits in order to support her loved ones.
Clara is a talented cook and enjoys being hospitable. Though she can no longer enjoy food as a vampire, nonetheless, she is happy to see others enjoy what she had once did.

Along with her lover, the Dark Lord, Damien of Tenebres, she and her faithful companions, many whom she had raised herself, sought to build a society where coexistence could be possible.
Sun, though simplistic with her wear, is quite fashionable and elegant during special events such as balls. She has long, flaxen hair and blue eyes.

Despite seemingly locked away for good, all those who have known Damien quite well could only guess what one of the greatest demons alive could be plotting. What they do know is that it's not possible to keep him locked away even with his powers sealed unless he chose to bide his time. Slowly, the wheels of destruction begin to turn...
Damien has long black hair and piercing red eyes. In the human world, he is quite casual in his wear despite his royal status.
Despite his fearsome status and power, Damien's demeanor is quite laid-back. He enjoys being entertained by the quirks other beings display and finds enjoyment in poking fun at them. Under that playful mask lies a brilliant mind, clever, quick-witted and inquisitive. Oddly open-minded and accepting, Damien's good humor earns him many friends. But even deeper still is a conflict that rages within him, one that deals with the very nature of his being. As a result, this makes him quite enigmatic.

He works tirelessly to assist his fellow vampires, helping them realize that they too can have a purpose to their lives that does not involve indulging in plain instinct. Despite his goodwill, he too has his enemies that reject the notion of a world where vampires and humans could live peacefully. This would eventually end his life but his legacy continues to live in the Walker name and his works in the lives of the vampires today.
Jack dresses well in accordance with the times. Naturally when at home, he is a bit more casual. Jack has blond hair that ranges in length from chin-length to about shoulder-length in the back and blue eyes.
Jack is a humble man, kind, generous, friendly but incredibly enigmatic. Before, however, he lived a life of indulgence. It wasn't until later in life did he figure out his true calling. In terms of offensive abilities, Jack has the lethal ability to make blood corrosive in the body, making it a slow, torturous death for his victims. Though, as a peacemaker, it is rare for him to use such abilities.

Vladimir is the father of Vandal Walker. He and his brother, Jack Walker, have been raised on the streets, fending for themselves. For most of his life, Vladimir lived freely without any cares. He indulged in daily pleasures from women to blood to money--life was just a game. It wasn't until something abrupt came into his life that made him slowly think about what exactly was important to him. While he still hasn't completely shed off his carefree nature, he began to make changes, becoming more aware of his responsibilities. Vladimir began to work for "Guide," though acting as if it's just a job, he still does it with the intention of finding the importance of it, mostly all for a certain person in his life and the son that that he hopes to properly raise.
He is seen typically well-dressed despite his personality. Vladimir has black hair that goes down to his shoulders in the back and brownish-red eyes., appearing to contrast with his brother.
Vladimir is mischievous, sensuous, playful, vulgar, laid-back and carefree. He is hardly ever serious and finds it difficult to understand those who have strong convictions or sense of righteousness. While he has yet to know how to take them seriously, he is open to their ideals even if he wouldn't be the one to take it up himself.

She gave birth to Vandal Walker but at the time, she had no means of taking care of him so with the help of Jack Walker, she had the child under the care Sun Valkyres, the Sorceress. After some time, she began to inquire about the child, hoping to take him back into her care. At the same time, she also met the one who had taken advantage of her. Though resentful of him, she knew she couldn't raise a child on her own, especially when she had little means to do so. She held him responsible and with at least some guilty conscious, that man somewhat agreed to do what he could, even though he had no clue what he could do. With him and Vandal, she was able to reunite with Jack Walker and later joined his cause.
Valerie has long, straight black hair and brown eyes. She typically dresses professionally except for special occasions.
Valerie is quiet, professional, thoughtful, intelligent and though distant, has a very compassionate heart. She takes her work with "Guide" seriously and is known to have a gentle heart that moves her fellow vampires to changing their lives. When it comes to showing her affections however, Valerie can be stiff despite knowing how to melt a man's knees to butter with sweet and sensuous words.

Joseph is one of the main supporting characters in Fragments of Twisted Memories and Redemption and the Fallen Angel. He is a minor character in Light of the Shadowed Mansion.
Joseph is first introduced in Fragments of Twisted Memories as one of Ray's teachers. A Physics Teacher, Joseph is well-admired and loved by his students though sadly, Ray is distant despite his attempts to get her to open up. Jonathan is a genius Architect. Without much effort, he can create a blueprint to an extensive mansion. And contrary to his fierce countenance, he's a talented Pastry Chef. Jonathan works alongside Jack, promoting the coexistence between humans and vampires. However, he is often too intimidating to be of help when it comes to recruiting other vampires. Jonathan is fiercely loyal to his friends and their family and friends even if he would rather that they burn in the very depths of Hell. However, even if all of his friends fade away right before his eyes, Jonathan could be counted on to continue the legacy of those he cares about.

Duke joined King mostly due to monetary reasons but some part of him joined due to the fact that the Royal Family consists of the Vampires that are much alike in blood. He simply follows orders and could care less if they are harmful or destructive just as long as he benefits from them.

Beatrix eventually fell in love with Jack and the two would eventually marry. She acts as a support to Jack though the two hardly find time to be together. There is a constant fear on her part for Jack's life but even she knows that once he's made up his mind over something, he would see it to the end.
